Elastomeric Spray

SpecSeal® AS200 Elastomeric Spray is a latex-based firestop for construction joints and perimeter fire barriers, providing a durable seal that blocks combustion products and accommodates high dynamic joint movement.

• Applied with airless spray equipment
• Available in Pale Blue, White, and Brick Red color
• Compatible with Spray Applied Fire Resistive Materials (SFRM)

Intumescent Sealant

SpecSeal® LCI Intumescent Sealant forms a flexible seal against fire, absorbing heat and releasing water vapor to resist smoke and “Flame spread.”

Protective Wrap

SpecSeal® Smoke 'N' Sound spray is a high-quality acrylic latex spray for static or minimally dynamic linear joints. It adheres to common construction surfaces and can be applied with airless spray equipment or a brush for small areas.
