The Graco 246352 is the genuine OEM “B” side check valve assembly for the Graco Fusion Air Purge (AP) and Fusion ProConnect (PC) spray foam guns. Installed in the gun's fluid manifold, this stainless steel check valve prevents the B-component (isocyanate or resin, depending on system setup) from flowing backward into the supply line when the trigger is released, ensuring precise mixing and consistent shot quality at the mix chamber.
Over time, check valves wear from the abrasive, fast-curing chemicals used in spray foam and polyurea applications, leading to cross-contamination, poor mix quality, clogged mix chambers, or gun leaks. Replacing the check valve assembly on a regular maintenance schedule (or as soon as symptoms appear) restores proper gun function and helps prevent more costly repairs to the gun body.
