With a passion for building science, teaching, and training, Ken Allison has been installing, developing, and selling building products since 1990. Ken is a Preferred Provider and trainer through the International Code Council, and has his Building Analyst certification through BPI. As a trainer and business development manager for IDI, he travels the country helping contractors to decrease their liability and increase their profitability in high performance structures.

Dane Malmberg has spent over a decade training contractors and suppliers on high performance vapor barriers and low-pressure polyurethane spray foam. Dane’s primary focus today is educating contractors nationwide on the best products and practices for encapsulating crawlspaces and understanding the science behind them.

Having over 14 years in spray foam insulation, TJ Miller has gone from helper, to sprayer, to traveling foam tech, and now an instructor. His passion for sharing knowledge and willingness to dive in and provide hands on help has made him one of the top trainers in the industry.

With over 20 years of experience with blown-in insulation and the manufacturing of equipment used for it, Chris Fuerst has pretty much seen it all, and fixed it twice. Chris has a passion for sharing his experience and helps contractors increase productivity while maximizing their yields for the materials they use. From business development and management principles to grabbing a hose and helping with hands in an attic, he’s a proven resource and known throughout the industry.

Joe Arrigo has worked his way up from a piece rate batt insulation installer through estimating, sales, managing and eventually having equity in the insulation business. Since selling his business, Joe has spent the past 18 years helping other contractors identify operational efficiencies and industry best practices. With a passion for helping and mentoring others to grow successful businesses, Joe helps over 150 insulation contractor businesses every year and has spoken multiple times at the NAHB’s International Builders Show (IBS).
