3M bayonet gas & vapor cartridges have a bayonet-style connection that fits any half or full facepiece 3M bayonet reusable respirators and they’re designed to optimize your field of vision. These cartridges offer lightweight and well-balanced breathing protection for a wide range of hazardous environments. Versatile and simple to install: designed to optimize field of view and comfort on the job, 3M bayonet gas & vapor cartridges feature a low-profile, swept-back design and are easy to install. Simply choose the cartridge type that’s suitable for your individual needs and requirements, align the connection and twist to lock into place with a quarter turn. These cartridges are compatible with 3M 6000 Series Half Facepieces, 6500/6500QL series, 7500 series, 6000 series full facepieces, FF-400 series, 7800 series, 3M Scott AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal facepieces with AV-632 bayonet adapter, thus helping to reduce inventory needs. Easy breathing: 3M bayonet gas & vapor cartridges are designed to balance breathability and long service life. Gas and vapor cartridges use carbon particles to adsorb contaminants, filtering the air that you breathe. 3M has designed the cartridges to be easy to breathe through and long lasting by optimizing the layers and depth of the carbon bed, geometry of the cartridge body, and carbon particle size.
