HomeGuard MS polymer sealant can be used to seal windows, doors, column joints, gutters, vents and ducts, roofs, crown molding and trim, siding and most areas where a sealant is needed. It can also be used to produce a highly durable, waterproof, seamless, elastomeric flashing membrane around window and doors. HomeGuard MS polymer sealant is an adhesive/sealant based on STP-E polymer chemistry. MS polymer sealant is odorless, neutral and isocyanate free. Low VOC formula meets American and European safety and environmental regulations regarding the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). MS polymer sealant can be used to seal windows, doors, column joints, gutters, vents and ducts, roofs, crown molding and trim, siding and most areas where a sealant is needed. It can also be used to produce a highly durable, waterproof, seamless, elastomeric flashing membrane around window and doors. MS polymer sealant as an adhesive has a superior bond to most substrates, including porous and non-porous surfaces.
